How we want to work with you

Now is a great time to partner with us. The scheme has already secured £27m funding from the UK Government, and has attained Investment Zone status.

We are also in active discussions with businesses seeking to locate at the Green Innovation Corridor and be part of our community of innovators. Wolverhampton’s wider regeneration programme is coming forward at pace – delivering new homes and mixed-use developments that will further enhance the city’s attractiveness to prospective Corridor occupiers.

Considerable work has been undertaken to develop the Green Innovation Corridor proposition and case for investment. The scheme already has a clear sense of direction and ambition. Joining us at this stage provides an opportunity to further shape the scheme and its offer to future occupiers.

There are a range of opportunities for the private sector to engage with the Green Innovation Corridor. We want to talk to prospective partners to explore:

  • Opportunities to purchase sites within the Corridor for development and redevelopment – as a developer, owner-occupier or to secure future tenants
  • Partnering with us to redevelop all or parts of the Corridor, to attract major investment and curate a distinctive innovation district
