Wolverhampton Investment Prospectus

The new Wolverhampton Investment Prospectus was approved by the Cabinet at City of Wolverhampton Council on 22 February 2023. It is a live, interactive digital resource that will be regularly updated to ensure that it is always reflective of changes in project development and delivery, the economy and the needs of businesses and residents. The latest version can be downloaded via the link below.

The Prospectus presents an ambitious vision of how the city can grow – highlighting opportunities to build on the private and public investment to drive regeneration projects citywide. It sets out the case for investment in the city, and the opportunities that can deliver transformational change. It is commercially informed and endorsed by private and public sector partners including ION Developments, Glancy Nicholls Architects and Homes England.

City of Wolverhampton Council is working closely with city partners and stakeholders and welcomes active participation to continue shaping the online document, so it encompasses further changes in project development and delivery.

The Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing & Digital Innovation Hub comprises of an incubator space and start up units at Wolverhampton Science Park as hub of digital economy, aerospace. It builds upon the University of Wolverhampton’s ambitions to develop a Centre of Excellence for Digital Innovation in Smart Cities.

Investment Opportunity: The public and private strategic delivery partnership will look to secure investors and occupiers to help deliver this ambitious residential-led mixed-use regeneration project. Through partnership, the opportunity exists to accelerate site preparation and fast track delivery, leading to de-risked phasing of key investible opportunities from regional, national and international funding institutions.
